Privacy

Scuba Cebu totally respect customer privacy and guarantee that all personal information supplied to us will be kept completely confidential. PayPal security applies if ordering by that method.

Payments

Payment of all goods on this site is by PayPal Credit Card Transaction or bank transfer.

Delivery

Please allow 28 days for delivery. This may be much sooner according to availability of the items ordered. If any item is out of stock and could cause a delay in delivery you will be notified by e-mail.

Despatch

We will only send orders to fixed addresses (no APO, FPO or PO Boxes).
All orders will be sent by recorded delivery or equivalent.

Cancellations

All our items carry a full 30 day guarantee.
Your order may be cancelled within 7 days of placing it, but after that time it will incur a re-stocking fee of up to 20%. No charges will be levied if the item has not been dispatched by us.

Damage

All goods leaving Scuba Cebu are checked prior to despatch. If the package/goods arrives damaged, it must not be signed for and we should be notified immediately at silver@scuba-cebu.com

Returns

No returns will be authorised after 30 days from customers receipt of goods. All returns must have an authorization number and return address, these are both obtainable from us at silver@scuba-cebu.com. No refunds will be made without this authorisation. Return delivery charges are your responsibility and non-refundable. Items returned must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging and returned via a method of recorded delivery. On our receipt of goods in original condition, you will be refunded the cost of the goods within 7 days.
